Tips

Task 1: Focus on the text analysis (10 marks) and compare key ideas in C&C (20 marks).
Task 2 (Literary): Choose an appropriate genre, use stylistic techniques (dialogue, imagery, tone).
Task 3 (Non-Lit): Understand format conventions and make connections to the Global Context (GC).
Structure & Time: Spend around 35 minutes per task. Always plan before writing.
Use Criteria: Refer to the rubric while writing — especially for Tasks 2 & 3 (Criteria B, C, D).

Language & Literature Resources

All Task 3 questions are Global Context–based. Assessed on Criteria B, C, D — 10 marks each. Write 600–700 words.

The task 3 practice questions are for the GC scientific and technical innovation, put them in GPT and ask it to make you new ones for your GC.
